Shiloh Valley Equipment has implemented some temporary policies to help our community slow down the spread of COVID-19 virus. We ask that our customers, vendors, and employees adhere to these changes.

Please try to conduct as much business as possible over the phone or via e-mail. Parts and Service phone numbers and email addresses are listed within our contact page.

If you are in need of repair/maintenance parts, please call or email your orders. Call when you arrive to pick up your parts and someone will bring them out to your vehicle.

If our technicians are required to make a service call to work on your equipment, please observe the social distancing guidelines of at least 6 ft.
